Issue Resolved: Scratch, Lucky Wheel, and Slot

Hello GeoSmile users,

Since March 12, some users experienced issues where Scratch, Lucky Wheel, and Slot did not work properly.

Our investigation found that this was caused by a malfunction in an external service used to monitor unauthorized access, which mistakenly affected normal user activity.

The vendor has now corrected the configuration, and the issue has been resolved.All features should now be working normally.

Thank you for always using GeoSmile.

We have released GeoSmile app update version 4.6.0 for Android/iOS.

The main changes are as follows:

• We have updated the environment required for GeoSmile to operate. This will have no impact on your app experience.

• We have fixed a bug where data was not displaying correctly in certain environments.

• Other minor bug fixes and performance tuning.

Due to the environmental update, when you launch app versions 4.6.0 or earlier, a pop-up will appear prompting you to update.

Please update to version 4.6.0 before using the app.
