Thank you for using GeoSmile.

We would like to inform you that we are making partial amendments to the "GeoSmile Terms of Service."Please review the main changes outlined below.

• Amendment Date Monday, April 21, 2025

• Changes

  • Change the defined term "Miles" to "Gems"

  • Explicit prohibition of simultaneous logins with the same account across different devices (Article 4.)

  • Explicit prohibition of using technologies that circumvent access restrictions. (Article 4.)

Notice Regarding Ads Issues

Dear Users,

We have identified an issue where the scratch card and lucky wheel do not appear after watching a video ad, or the video fails to play, displaying an error message and causing the app to freeze.

We are currently investigating the cause of this issue. If you encounter this problem, please try the following steps:

1. Restart the app.

2. Wait for at least 5 minutes and then try again.

   
   

If you encounter this problem, please provide us with the invitation code, the date and time and time zone it occurred, and the content of the ad. eg. Dice Dreams™️

Ver. 3.7.0 Release Note

Hello All,

Thank you for using GeoSmile.

We have released version 3.7.0 of the GeoSmile app for Android/iOS.

The main changes are as follows:

• Fixed a bug where step count was not being measured correctly on some Android devices.

• Removed the slot retry feature due to issues with reward ad viewing. We are currently considering how to handle this in the future.

• Changed Trimaru's icon back to the default from the winter outfit. Spring is coming soon!🌸🌸

• Fixed other minor bugs

If you were unable to measure steps on Android, please update to version 3.7.0.

GeoSmile is currently running various campaigns.

We received many opinions and feedback through our Feedback Survey.

We will review each valuable opinion and use them to improve future development.

GeoSmile will continue development to ensure everyone can use the app comfortably.
