Ver. 3.6.0 Release Note

Hello All,

Thank you for always using GeoSmile.

We have released the updated version 3.6.0 of the GeoSmile app for Android/iOS.

Here are the main changes:

• Added "CPX" to the Survey

• Changed remaining instances of "Mile" to "Gem"

• Fixed other minor bugs

In the recent update "3.5.1," due to changes in our ad delivery system, some users experienced unexpected adverse effects when playing advertisements.

We have been monitoring the situation daily since the update and implementing fixes as issues are discovered.

Thank you to everyone who reported these issues.

We will continue to monitor and make corrections going forward.

Additionally, we have confirmed an issue where some vouchers cannot be properly exchanged.

We are continuing negotiations with vendors.

Please be assured that you will not lose any Gems.

[Updated on Mar 10]Known issues:

• Ads are not playing. 'Ad. not be loaded' is displayed.

If there are temporarily no ads available to play, such as if you watched ads repeatedly, you will receive an “Ad. not be loaded” error message.

In this case, please wait for a while until the ads can be served again.

• Not receiving survey review points after completing the CPX survey

This issue will be fixed in the future update.

[Resolved]Temporary suspension of exchange for Amazon gift cards

Due to a problem at Amazon and the gift card vendor, many errors occurred during US Amazon voucher redemption as the followings.

Amazon and the vendor have resolve the issue and now you are able to redeem Amazon gift card.

Hello All,

Thank you for always using GeoSmile.

We have released the updated version 3.5.1 of the GeoSmile app for Android/iOS.

The update includes the following changes:

• We have modified the tutorial We've made it easier for you to get familiar with GeoSmile.

• [US only] Changed the unit of miles to "Gem" 💎💎

  We've resolved the issue of it being somewhat difficult to understand visually.

• Other minor bug fixes

Although it doesn't directly affect the use of the app, we have changed the advertising delivery system.

If you happen to notice any issues with ad display while using the app, please feel free to contact us.

GeoSmile is currently running the "Mega 10 Campaign".
