Ver. 3.9.2 Release Note

Hello All,

Thank you for using GeoSmile.

We have released update version 3.9.2 of the GeoSmile app for Android/iOS.

Main changes are as follows:

- Fixed an issue where invited users were not receiving their invitation bonus Gems.

- Restored Trimaru's costume to default.

Since the 3.8.0 update on 4/18, there has been an ongoing issue where invited users were not receiving their invitation bonus Gems.

With the 3.9.2 update, when you launch GeoSmile, you will receive any Gems that you haven't received yet.

Additionally, there was an issue where inviters were also not receiving bonuses in version 3.8.0, but this was fixed in the 3.9.1 update on 5/8.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused our users.

Recently, exchanges to PayPal have become unavailable.

This is due to a change in exchange providers, and we are working on an early resolution. Please bear with us for a little while longer.

Scratch and Lucky Wheel Issue and Compensation

From 00:00 on Mar 25 to 08:00 on Apr 3 (UTC), an issue occurred where the Scratch and Lucky Wheel were not displayed after the advertisement was played.

We have implemented a fix for the issue.

For customers who were unable to receive rewards from the Scratch and Lucky Wheel during this period, compensation in the form of gems has been completed to ensure they receive the appropriate amount of rewards.
