From 00:00 on Mar 25 to 08:00 on Apr 3 (UTC), an issue occurred where the Scratch and Lucky Wheel were not displayed after the advertisement was played.
We have implemented a fix for the issue.
For customers who were unable to receive rewards from the Scratch and Lucky Wheel during this period, compensation in the form of gems has been completed to ensure they receive the appropriate amount of rewards.

We have released GeoSmile app update version 3.8.0 for Android/iOS.
Renewed the walkthrough.
Discontinued guest user accounts. If you have been using a guest account, a dialog will appear the next time you launch the app to link with a social ID. Please link your account with one of the available social IDs.
Fixed several display issues.
Recently, we fixed a step counting issue in version 3.7.0, but it seems some users are still experiencing problems with measurement. Thank you to those who reported this issue.
The GeoSmile team is currently investigating methods to identify the cause.
We will provide updates as soon as more information becomes available.
Regarding the reward video viewing issue that was occurring until about last week, the problem has now been resolved, and reward videos can be viewed normally.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
GeoSmile is considering a significant change to the user interface to make the app more user-friendly, and development has already begun.
