The foot care products offered as prizes are made in Japan and are the very popular "Foot Cooling Patch" in Japan.

As a health guideline, one indicator is "step count."Japan's Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare recommends "8,000 steps" per day for adults.

 

This is based on a guideline of 60 minutes or more per day of walking or moderate-intensity physical activity of equivalent or greater intensity, which translates to approximately 8,000 steps.

 

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services(CDC) recommendations do not specifically define "X steps per day."They recommend moderate-intensity physical activity for 150 minutes or more per week (e.g., 30 minutes x 5 days) or high-intensity activity for 75 minutes or more per week (or a combination thereof) as a guideline (e.g., including jogging and strength training).Adult Activity: An Overview Research examples show that 150 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise per week corresponds to approximately 7,700 to 11,000 steps per day.

 

Both recommend approximately 8,000 steps per day in terms of step count.

 

The average daily step count for users of GeoSmile is approximately 4,500 steps.

This matches the average for the entire United States, which is said to be 4,000 to 5,000 steps. (Some surveys show average examples ranging from just under 6,000 steps to 7,000 steps.)

While this tends to be lower than the recommended 8,000 steps, it varies greatly depending on occupation, lifestyle, and the presence or absence of other exercise.

This time, we planned this campaign in the hope that it will be a "motivation to walk."

In other words, if you accumulate 3 step bars every day during the campaign period, you are more likely to win.
