Issue Resolved: Scratch, Lucky Wheel, and Slot

Hello GeoSmile users,


Since March 12, some users experienced issues where Scratch, Lucky Wheel, and Slot did not work properly.

Our investigation found that this was caused by a malfunction in an external service used to monitor unauthorized access, which mistakenly affected normal user activity.

The vendor has now corrected the configuration, and the issue has been resolved.All features should now be working normally.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
