We have released GeoSmile app update version 4.6.1 for Android/iOS.

Hello GeoSmile users, Since March 12 , some users experienced issues where Scratch, Lucky Wheel, and Slot did not work properly. Our investigation found that this was caused by a malfunction in an external service used to monitor unauthorized access, which mistakenly affected normal user activity. We have released GeoSmile app update version 4.2.0 for Android/iOS.

We have identified an issue where the “See exchange page” mission does not clear even after completing the required action. This issue will be resolved by updating the app to version 4.2.0. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience while we work on a fix.

We recently switched our gift card redemption vendor in version 4.1.0. However, we have identified an issue affecting users outside the United States, where certain gift cards may not display properly or the available lineup was temporarily limited. This issue will be resolved by updating the app to version 4.2.0. Thank you for your understanding.
