"Steps for Hope": Your Steps Can Change a Child's Life

Every day, millions of steps are taken in GeoSmile.

Starting today, those steps can do something more — they can bring hope to children fighting cancer and other life-threatening diseases.

Today, GeoSmile is launching "Steps for Hope Children," a program that donates directly to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

It's a charity where walking with GeoSmile turns into donations.

1. Walk like you always do. Count your steps with GeoSmile, just like before.

2. Hit 3,000 steps to enter the campaign. The more entries we collect, the bigger the donation.

3. The total number of entries from the entire GeoSmile community determines the donation amount — and GeoSmile donates directly on behalf of all of us.

• Donation: Up to $9,000 donated by GeoSmile to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, based on total community entries

• How to join: Open GeoSmile and walk — once you hit 3,000 steps, a popup will appear where you can submit your entry
