Thank you for your continued use of GeoSmile.

We have released the updated version 3.4.0 of the GeoSmile app for Android/iOS.

 

The update includes the following:

  • Changed the icon to a Christmas theme 🎄🎁

  • Trimaru has been transformed into Santa Claus 🎅

  • Fixed minor display issues



We have fixed a bug in Android's step counting feature where, under certain conditions, the step count would not increment properly and remain at "0".


This is a fix for a bug that occurred under specific conditions, and it is anticipated that it may not be resolved for some Android devices.


If your step count is not being recorded on Android, please try updating the app to version 3.4.0 and check if it increments correctly.



If it still doesn't increment, we kindly request that you provide us with the following information:

  • Android device model: e.g., Galaxy A23 5G

  • GeoSmile invitation code

 


We'd like to thank everyone who has reported the step count issue so far!

We sincerely apologize to those who are still experiencing this problem.

We will continue to work diligently towards finding a fundamental solution to this issue.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to resolve this issue.

Hello All,

 

Thank you for always using GeoSmile.

We have released the updated version 3.3.1 of the GeoSmile app for Android/iOS.

 

The changes in this update are as follows:

  • The cooldown time for the Lucky Wheel has been changed from 3 hours to 1 hour

  • An animation for earning miles will now play when you win on the Lucky Wheel

  • Several other display issues have been fixed

 

Regarding the issue of Android step count not being measured, we have strengthened our investigation methods to understand the reproducibility across different device models.

If you are experiencing step counting issues on your smartphone, please let us know your "device model" and "invitation code" through the inquiry form below:


 


We have also confirmed cases where reinstalling the app resolves the counting issuePlease try this after registering your account.
