Thank you for always using GeoSmile.

We have released the updated version 3.3.1 of the GeoSmile app for Android/iOS.

 

The changes in this update are as follows:

  • The cooldown time for the Lucky Wheel has been changed from 3 hours to 1 hour

  • An animation for earning miles will now play when you win on the Lucky Wheel

  • Several other display issues have been fixed

 

Regarding the issue of Android step count not being measured, we have strengthened our investigation methods to understand the reproducibility across different device models.

If you are experiencing step counting issues on your smartphone, please let us know your "device model" and "invitation code" through the inquiry form below:


 


We have also confirmed cases where reinstalling the app resolves the counting issuePlease try this after registering your account.

Hello All,


Thank you for always using GeoSmile.


We have released the updated version 3.3.0 of the GeoSmile app for Android/iOS.


This update primarily focused on internal system improvements.

Additionally, the following bugs have been fixed:


  • The "+" button on the right edge of the tank not responding

  • Completion image not displaying after completing the Beginners Challenge

  • App freezing when tapping on the mile acquisition history

  • Other minor bug fixes

We have shared this information with our developers to use as reference for future development.


Additionally, regarding the bug related to step counting on Android devices, we are currently conducting tests to reproduce the issue.
