[Updated]Known Issue: Android App Crashes in Version 4.13.0

We're aware that some users experienced crashes in version 4.13.0. We're sorry for the inconvenience. Here's what was happening and how to work around it if you haven't yet updated.

1. App crashes every time it opens

If Location permission wasn't set to "Always Allow" during your first launch after installing, the app may crash each time you try to open it.

Workaround (if not yet updated):

• Go to your device's Settings > Apps > [App Name] > Permissions > Location

• Set the permission to "Allow all the time"

• Restart the app

2. App crashes when tapping "Official Facebook" on the Account screen

Tapping the Official Facebook button on the Account screen caused the app to crash.

Workaround (if not yet updated):

• Please avoid tapping this button. You can still visit our Facebook page directly by searching for us on Facebook or through a browser.
