I invited my fiance. I go more than he does and he has cashed out and received a $10 and two $5 rewards. I'm still at 36,000. I don't understand. I also noticed that when I look at my check in, which I do everyday, I never get to the 5 day mark. It resets me back to day one. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and I now have lost all my points, as well as, my extra bar that I paid with points to get. I looked for support to get help, but I am not able to locate any contact information. I hope by making this post someone will reach out to me.
